Canva turns anyone into a creative designer.
I've always had an eye for design and attempted to use Adobe Photoshop and other tools with very little success. I've always had to outsource - which is great for large projects, but when I want to create a quote or a post - something simple where I can let my creativity flow, Canva is the way.
I've created everything from beautiful presentations, proposals, resumes, captivating posts, and more.
I am in love with this tool, and it is definitely worth its weight in gold.

Unsplash has some of the best images on the internet for free!
Their generous community of photographers shares their images with anyone. I love Unsplash because it gives you another layer of creative pop for a post or article - it helps you convey what you are trying to express through a wide selection of visually captivating images.

In 2011, when I was an Executive Assistant to a CEO of a hyper-growth startup. He was meeting tons of people. I'd have 15 thread emails just to lock down a time for him to meet with one person.
Fast forward to 2013, Calendly was born. It is the easiest and most efficient way to find time and coordinate schedules.
In addition, it gives empowerment over your calendar. Allowing you to create buffers between meetings, number how many meetings you'd like to have on any given day. It's just awesome.
They do have a free version, but I highly recommend upgrading. It's worth it.

When I write, I flow and don't always capture grammatical errors. For the longest time, especially with my articles, I would send them out to an editor to help me polish up what I was trying to convey.
It worked for a while, but it bottlenecked the flow while waiting for things to come back.
When I discovered Grammarly, I felt more confident and empowered with each email and article I wrote. I felt like my editor was with me every step - pointing out where commas and grammatical flow should go.

Okay, those are the top five tools to use/get in 2022. They are all worth going beyond the free version and as I said, I've been using them consistently - so I get every bit of what I've invested in these tools and more.
